The Seller will ensure proper packaging of the products and will ensure the transmission of accompanying documents.
The Seller will deliver products only within the territory of Romania, through private courier companies.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY.
The cost of transport varies depending on the order value and product type, as follows:
23 LEI (VAT included) – transport cost for orders with a value less than 300 LEI (VAT included), valid only for addresses within the courier company's coverage area.
FREE – for orders over 300 LEI (VAT included), if the delivery address is within the courier's coverage area.
The standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, starting from our order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or during public holidays will be processed and confirmed on the first business day. The sale and delivery of products from www.filedmarket.ro is exclusively within the territory of Romania.
Other delivery times are:
3-5 days – for products that are in the supplier's stock.
In case of exceptional situations such as: state of emergency, unfavorable weather conditions, road blockages and accidents, or other special situations (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter holidays, etc.) that strictly concern the courier/carrier's operating schedule, delays in the delivery interval may occur. In case the seller does not fulfill the obligations assumed through the contract because the specified product does not deliver the products within a maximum of 30 days, they will immediately inform the Buyer and will refund the amount paid by the Consumer.
The delivery of products to you is our responsibility because we transfer ownership of the products to you through a courier company, and the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you only when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
Upon taking possession of the product, it is expressly recommended to inspect the package without delay, preferably in front of the courier (opening upon delivery, as applicable), and in case of detecting any damage to products or packaging, you are required to request the preparation of a report confirming the defect/damage. In case of any damage or defect, you are not obligated to accept the package.
Depending on product availability and operating schedule, products will be delivered within 2-3 business days from confirmation of the placed order.
Ownership of the products will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the customer (delivery – signing receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signing receipt on the fiscal invoice in case of deliveries made by the Seller's personnel). From this moment, the buyer assumes all risks over the delivered products. This provision does not affect the rights guaranteed by law to the buyer, a natural person, as a consumer.
