Please clearly describe the problem encountered, so that the request can be processed as quickly as possible.

Make sure that the products are returned in the condition in which they were received, together with the original packaging, if possible. According to OUG 34/2014, customers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The products must be in their original, unused condition. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return notification, usually through the same payment method.
